Shipping rate: 

  • Malaysia : RM8/kg
  • Singapore : RM32/kg

Delivery time: 

  • Contact Lens : 1-5 business days (If your order(s) in stock, it will be able to ship out within  24 hours.)
                           7-14 business days for pre-order item. 

Notes:

  • If you place an order during weekends / public holidays, we would only start processing the order once we are back to work.
  • When your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation from us with the tracking number. If you have issues receiving your parcel, you may drop us an email at customer_support@myeyeboxonline.com

 

FOR RETURN / REFUND

Changed of mind? Ordered by mistake? Wrong item(s) sent? Damaged during shipping? No Worries!!
We are happy to help if you need to return an item. We offer a 7-days return policy which means that you can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery at your own expenses. 

  • Step 1 (Report) : Return item(s) must be report within 48 hours of receiving by email to customer_support@myeyeboxonline.com. 
    Please provide your name, order ID, and the reason of return.
  • Step 2 (Ship back) : Return Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of received, together with the proof of purchase (Tax invoice).

    Contact lens : Item(s) must be unused and unopened.
  • We will not be responsible for any loss/damage of parcels during delivery process from you to us.
     

Refund

The value of the returned product will be transferred to store credit.
